We meet every 1st and 3rd Sunday at 10:00 am at the Lehi Arts Center

Parking: You can park behind the building, the Lehi Elementary School parking lot just north, or on the street.

Dress: Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and content! From casual to dressy, we're happy to have you come as you are.

Community service volunteers

Food and Care Coalition

The 4th Sundays of even months we volunteer as a community at the Food and Care Coalition. Space is limited so if you want to participate, please RSVP on the event on the private Utah Valley Oasis Facebook group. If you need to be added to that group, ask Amanda, Brenda, or Jessie or message the Utah Valley Oasis Facebook account. If you are not on Facebook, you can RSVP to Jen Ryan.

Service Within Our Community

Get Involved!

We are currently looking for volunteers for the following positions:

Contribute to our meetings!

We are always looking for people to bring refreshments, share a thought, musical number, or a 30 minute presentation or discussion on a topic you're passionate about or a book you've read recently.

Set Up/Take Down Helper

We are looking for someone who can arrive each first Sunday of the month at 9:30 am to help set up as well as help take down after the meeting.

Board Member: Chair Coordinator

We are looking for someone who is invested in helping lead and grow our Utah Valley Oasis community. Responsibilities include overseeing and managing childcare and teens teachers, making sure all is coordinated for Sunday meetings and follow up with chairs as needed, oversee the refreshment chair, meet as a board regularly as needed, and help take the lead in whatever is needed. We are looking for a doer who will collaborate with us!

Board Member: Treasurer

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage donations, bank account
  • Compile a quarterly financial report
  • Report on financial needs at quarterly Oasis community meetings
  • Pay rent to Lehi Arts Center
  • Pay Kid care teacher
  • Manage Venmo
  • Manage Zeffy
  • Maintain non-profit tax status
